What if you could rally your fans to help you hit a Spotify streaming goal and reward them for it?
What is this?
Listen goals are a feature we designed for, and with, the musicians of Fanhouse.
Just released a song on Spotify and trying to hit a certain number of streams? With listen goals, rallying your fans to stream your song and hit your goal has never been easier.
As an added bonus, you can also see which fans have contributed the most to your song’s success.
How to make a listen goal in five easy steps!
- On the mobile app, make a new post on your Fanhouse feed and choose a Listen goal attachment.
- Add details to your listen goal
a. Listen goal title and description.
b. Spotify song link.
c. Listen goal. This represents the number of streams you’d like to hit.
d. Target date. When you want your fans to reach the listen goal.
e. Optional custom thank you message. A notification your fans receive when they listen to your song.
f. Optional custom success message. A notification your fans receive when the goal has been met. - Once you’ve hit post, your listen goal will appear on your fan wall.
Your fans can connect their Spotify to listen to your song. Every listen will automatically contribute to the listen goal, even if they don’t have the Fanhouse app open!
Your fans will also receive your custom thank you message for contributing to the goal. - Once your goal has been met, your fans will receive a notification with your custom success message!
- You can also see which of your fans contributed the most to your goal. Drop them a message and say hi to your dedicated super-fans!
