Fanhouse Feature: Community Information Sharing

Ever wanted a dedicated email list exclusively for your top fans? 📧 With Fanhouse’s Community Information Sharing feature, you can have it!

What is this?

Creators can now access their fans' emails to reach them off the platform.

All fans have to do is opt in when they join a creator’s Fanhouse. When creators are ready to contact their fans, they can go into their Creator Portal on our website and request their consenting fans’ usernames and email addresses.

How simple! How elegant! ✨ 

How does this affect Creators?

Creators can now use our community information sharing feature to stay in touch with their top fans at any time. Here are just a few of the ways we envision Creators using this feature:

• Email blasts for tour dates and tickets 🎟 
• Diaries about travel adventures 🧳 
• Exclusive announcements about merch drops or pop-up shops 👕 
• Special promo codes, discounts, or early access for your Fanhouse members ⏰

How does this affect Fans?

Fans who want a new way to feel connected to their favorite creators can opt into sharing their email address upon joining the creator’s Fanhouse. 🤗 

Fans can also go into their Settings to:

• Review the list of creators with whom they’re sharing their email 
• Revoke access at any time

Sharing email addresses is completely optional! Fanhouse will never sell or profit from your personal data. (Gross!) 🤢 

Additionally, if a creator tries to sell or profit from your personal data in a way that violates our privacy policy, they will be suspended from the platform. You can learn more here.
